About Integrated Recycling
Integrated Recycling’s patented mix of plastics and organic fibres for the making of strong, rigid, durable and machinable products was developed by Ausplaztik, which became part of the Integrated Packaging Group in February 2010.
The business was developed from the simple idea of using plastic from end of life table grape vine covers in the Sunraysia district of northern Victoria and turning them into vine posts. The purpose was to create an alternative to CCA treated wooden posts that wouldn't leach contaminants into the surrounding environment. From that idea grew a range of products that have a variety of applications in agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, landscaping, industry and a variety of everyday uses.
Waste No Longer Means Landfill
A significant amount of waste plastic ends up in landfills, but utilising Integrated Recycling’s patented technology, waste no longer means landfill. In fact not only will less waste go to landfill, but the products will lead to less destruction of forests. In many cases the products made by IR are more suited to the task for which they are designed than using timber, steel or concrete.
Advanced Technology & Uses
In making Integrated Recycling’s patented mix, waste plastics are reduced to a granular form, combined with organic fibre and turned into a unique composite material that is strong, durable, inert, non leaching in detectable quanitities and with minimal water absorption. It is from this material that IR makes its range of products.
Integrated Recycling (IR) warrants that its Envire range of products will be free of any manufacturing or material defect that will significantly and adversely affect the use of the product for a period of fifteen years from the date of purchase.
Any Integrated Recycling product found to be defective when used for its intended purpose, will be repaired or replaced at IR's discretion.
This warranty is in addition to and does not derogate from any statutory rights which may not be lawfully excluded. All other warranties are expressly excluded and IR's liability in respect of any product is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. IR is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including for loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
